Premature Greying of Hair:
Greying hair often begins at age 35-40, but premature greying is a condition that makes even the young look older. Greying of hair may occur to some people who have medical conditions.
Causes:
1-Heredity
2-Stress and psychological worries
3-Chronic cold and sinusitis
4-Using very hot water to wash the hair and drying it with an electric dryer .
5-A faulty diet with lack of vitamins
6-Unclean condition of the scalp, , and use of hair dyes.
7-Pregnancy.
8-Anemia. Etc..
Prevention:
1.Avoid devitalising foods, soft drinks etc
2.Reduce stress
3.Treat greying hair with essential vitamins & Omegas.
4.Quit smoking and alcohol
5.Exercise
6.Adequate Sleep
7.Use gray hair shampoo.
8.A change of hair color or hair style.
9.Also avoid all processed foods and coffee.
Home remedies:
1.Almond oil:Massage of the scalp with almond oil is recommended or drink almond milk regularly.
2.Mix coconut oil and a dash of lemon and massage you head with the mixture daily, for about 15 minutes.
3.Mix up some castor oil and lemon juice until it goes frothy then add some henna. Apply the mixture to your hair and scalp and leave it on for at least an hour before washing.
4.Mixing up a combination of dried gooseberries and coconut or almond oil which you then rub and massage into your scalp every night.
