Natural Ways To Cure Puffy Eyes & Dark Circles
Most of
the women these days are struggling with the problem of under eye dark
circles or puffy eyes. These dark circles are usually caused due to some
hereditary traits, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, inadequate
hours of sleep, stress, lack of healthy diet, pollution and allergies.
Women use some chemical based beauty products to conceal their dark
circles which in turn spoil their eyes even more. Here are some natural
remedies that you can try to heal your dark circles:
1. Cold tea bags
Cold tea
bags can really help to diminish the puffiness and to refresh the area
underneath your eyes. Just put your tea bags in the cold water for
sometime and then keep them on your eyes for about 15 minutes. This will
surely make the difference and you will feel fresh.
2. Cucumber
As we
all know that cucumber works so well when it comes to your eyes. You
must have noticed women keeping slices of cucumber on their eyes while
they put on some face pack. You can apply the cucumber juice on the
affected area under your eyes and leave it for about 15 minutes. Then
wash it off with tepid water. This will reduce your strain also.
3. Tomato
You can
rub some tomato juice under your eyes top treat your dark circles. Also
you can make a paste by mixing some lemon juice, gram flour and turmeric
powder with tomatoes. Use the paste under your eyes and leave it for
about 10-15 minutes. This will reduce your dark circles and puffiness in
no time if used on daily basis.
4. Mint Leaves
Apply
crushed leaves under your eyes. Let it stay for about ten to fifteen
minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Mint helps in
refreshing as well as soothing your eyes.
5. Almond oil
Almond
oil is great for our overall health and hair. Just mix some milk in your
almond oil and apply this mixture under your eyes. You can apply the
mixture at night before going to bed. Leave it for the entire night and
wash it off in the morning. You will feel fresh.
6. Orange
Orange
contains vitamin C and also has got some properties that remove the
signs of tiredness from your eyes. Mix some orange juice with glycerin
and apply it under your eyes. The puffiness and dark circles will be
reduced.
