Sugar/ Honey 6 teaspoons
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon Essential Oil 6 drops

Geranium 4 drops
Lavender 4 drops
Dilute in one Tablespoon of Coconut Oil/ Olive Oil. Massage the whole body.
