Tips to have Healthy, Shiny and Strong Nails

1)It is necessary that you moisturise your nails by soaking them in warm water for 10-15 min, at least twice or thrice a week It is an effective tactic to enhance the beauty of your nails.

Prepare a nail soak with milk to cleanse dirt from your nails and strengthen them.

2. Just take a bit of Vaseline, apply it over your nails and massage them for a minute to see an instant healthy shine .

3.Olive oil is one of the best ways to boost your nails and make them amazingly shiny.

4. Lemon Treatment .It is a very helpful and quick treatment which not only makes your nails shiny but also strengthens them.

5.Scrub your nails with common toothpaste. This removes the stains and brings a shine on the nails.

6.Avoid nail polish..Nail polish is full of harsh chemicals and creates a barrier which blocks oxygen, moisture and nutrients from reaching the nails.

7.Strong detergents and dish washes contails chemicals that makes your nails dry and brittle.Wear rubber gloves while doing household work..

8. Drink lots of water all day long,eat vegetables and foods rich in vitamin B and Calcium and eat more sea food
