how to lose stretch marks

 
Stretch marks are quite common in both MEN and WOMEN.

These are visible lines on the skin.

Appears on:Arms,legs,abdomen,waist,breast,lower back etc..

Causes:
• Over stretching of skin due to obesity.
. Sudden weight change
•Rapid body growth during puberty
•During and after Pregnancy.
•Athletes training bulks up muscle.
•Stretch marks are very common in weight lifters.

Home remedies for stretch marks:

1)Water:Drinking 3-4 liters of water daily will helps you in keeping your skins softness and elasticity.Think it as a internal moisture to cure stretch marks,Have 1 glass of water before drinking tea/coffee etc.....

2)Carrot: Boil carrots until they become soft enough to mash and make it into paste.Apply the paste on stretch marks and leave it as long as possible for a better result.

3)Lemon juice:With its acidic nature and natural bleaching properties, lemon juice is one of the most effective remedies to lighten stretch marks

4)Olive oil :Warm a little olive oil and massage it deep into the affected skin before going to bed.

5)Aloe vera: Aloe vera is a plant collagen which repairs the skin.Remove the outer skin of the aloe vera leaves and apply it on stretch marks leave it for 2 hours.After that wash it with normal water.

Tips :
•Exercises are preferable to get rid of stretch marks. Exercises improve blood flow which reduces the stretch marks.
•Make sure your diet should be plenty of proteins and food rich in vitamins(C,E).
•During pregnancy apply petroleum gel or a good moisturiser on the abdomen

*Have patience. Stretch marks don’t appear overnight and they certainly don’t disappear overnight either. You have to be realistic, Some will go away and others won’t, but they’ll definitely be less noticeable. It just takes time.
