face the problem of stomach ache when we over-eat or eat unhealthy.

1. Ginger

digestion and can ease your stomach pains. Fresh ginger should be
preferred and the best way to take it is with a simple tea. Peel and
grate your ginger for the best results and make a ginger tea. If you
don’t like the taste of ginger, you can also go for ginger supplements
available in the market.
2. Lemon Water
Lemon is
the most versatile fruit that one can buy. In the absence of mint,
ginger or other herbs at home, you can take a lemon and squeeze it in a
glass of warm water. You can also go for a few teaspoons of lemon juice
if you don’t have fresh lemons.
3. Warm Saltwater
This
trick not only works well in sore throat but also works great in stomach
ache. All you need is a cup of warm water with teaspoon of salt. Drink
it as quickly as possible for best results. This is to be noted that
those who have other health issues such as high blood pressure should
not go for it.
4. Baking soda
Now you
don’t have to buy expensive products to ease your heartburn and
indigestion. You just have to use your baking soda which is easily
available. These products are also based on baking soda. Just add one or
two teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of warm water and you will get the
positive results.
5. Aloe Vera Juice
Aloe
vera has many health benefits. You can use it for n no. of intestinal
problems. The juice of aloe vera does wonders for your health. The most
effective treatment that it does is to cure your constipation. It is
widely used by people to ease gas, bloating, diarrhea and cramps.
6. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple
cider vinegar is mainly used as an anti-septic or as a natural cleaner.
But it can also help you to absorb nutrients and assist your digestion.
It works well in easing stomach aches. Just mix a teaspoon of apple
cider vinegar in a glass of cold or warm water. For best results, use it
before your meal.
