12 Tricks To Try On Your Body Parts In Daily Routine  

We often face some irritating and annoying problems while we live our lives and search some tricks to avoid them. These are the petty issues but hold a great importance in our lives. Here are some easy and fun tricks which you can try when you face those annoying problems and get rid of them easily. These tricks actually work if done properly.  

 1. Trick For An Itching Throat


We often face the problem of itch in our throat. So next time when you feel the itch, you just have to scratch your ear with your finger (preferably index), scratching your ear will stimulate the nerves inside your ear and a reflex is created in the throat by those nerves. This reflex causes a muscle spasm, which helps curing the itch. 

2. Trick To Enhance Your Hearing Ability 

If you are having trouble while listening to the person over phone call or in a party, then use your right ear to answer the phone call. Right year helps grabbing the speech better. However, left ear is considered good and it catches music better. 

3. Trick To Stabilize The Urgency Of Micturition Reflex 

If you “Badly” need to attend the nature’s call and you don’t find any washroom around you, then visualize and fantasize about your “Relations”. This will distract your brain by preoccupying it.

If you are getting annoyed with your stuffed nose and want to get relief from such condition or sinus pressure, then you just have to push the upper portion of your mouth with your tongue and then press the area between your eye brows with your finger. Do it for about 20 seconds and then repeat the procedure for a few times in order to get relief. This will cause the comer bone to rock, which loosens the congestion. 

6. Trick To Counter The Effect Of A Heavy Meal As You Go To Sleep 

Sit in a position where your head end is higher than your body. This position keeps your stomach lower than your esophagus which helps keeping you from suffering from acid reflux. This will help keeping your stomach fluid from going up your throat. 

 7. Trick To Stop A Toothache 

To stop your toothache, you just have to rub an ice cube on the back of your hand, right between the area of thumb and index finger. There exists a nerve that stimulates a part of your brain which blocks the pain signals from your mouth. 

8. How To Handle Your Hangover 

If you find your room spinning after the excessive use of liquor, then put your hand on something stable. Reason being that liquor dilutes the blood in the part of your ear called cupula, which regulates balance. As you keep your hand on something stable, your brain gets another refrence point which helps make your world stop spinning. 

 9. Trick To Stop A Nose Bleed 

In order to stop the bleeding of your nose, put the cotton ball on the upper gums right behind the small derit below your nose and press it hard. Bleeding comes from the cartilage wall that divides the nose. Therefore, pressing there will help to stop bleeding. 

10. Trick To Hold Your Breath A Bit Longer Under Water 

If you want to stay longer under water, then instead of taking a deep breathe, just “hyperventilate” by taking several short breaths before you go under water. This will trick your brain into thinking that it has got some extra oxygen and this will enhance your duration by 10 seconds under water. 

11. Trick To Handle The Hiccups

When you get hiccups, just press your eye brows with your thumb and index finger until the hiccups are over. 

 12. Trick To Wake Up The Sleeping Limbs 

If your hand falls asleep, then wake it up by moving your head from side to side because usually hands fall asleep when the nerves in your neck get compressed. And if your leg falls asleep, then that is because of the nerves in your lower body. So, start walking around. This will wake your parts within a minute.
