DO’S:
•Eat and drink slowly. Chew your food properly it helps you in digest properly.Eating food quickly leads to cause bloating in stomach.
•Breathing exercises are very beneficial at that time..

•Avoid alcohol,chewing tobacco,smoking,spicy food,strong coffee/tea.
