
KNEE JOINT PAIN??....
Knee pain is a common complaint for many people. There are several factors that can cause knee pain
• 1 Over weight
• 2 Injuries
• 3 Diseases

• 9 Referred knee pain

•Rest and protect an injured or sore area.. When resting, place a small pillow under your knee.
•Elevation – Your legs need to be kept in an elevated position, so relax in a reclining chair, or you can also pile up some pillows under your feet. This prevents fluid accumulation and provides relief from pain and other knee problems.
•Ice will reduce pain and swelling.
•Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow. Massage with warm coconut oil, olive oil, or mustard oil. Make sure you massage the knee gently. The warm oil and gentle massage soothes and eases the pain, providing relief.
